I'm Gurinder Paul, the energy behind the camera. From childhood, I’ve been captivated by the colors of the sky at sunset, the frost on trees in the heart of winter, and the sprawling mountain ranges I explored on countless road trips. My fascination with cameras began early—whether it was disposable cameras, point-and-shoots, or camcorders, I was always drawn to these tools that allowed me to capture the beauty of life around me.

What started as a childhood obsession grew into a lifelong passion. Today, I’m fortunate to combine my love for life with my love for documenting it—not just for myself, but for clients who often become friends and even family.

I’ve always loved having a camera in hand, but my first camping trip to Mount Robson in Grade 7—without a camera—changed everything. Hiking to Emperor Falls, surrounded by towering mountains, cascading waterfalls, and stunning valleys, sparked my passion for capturing life’s beauty.

When iPhones introduced cameras, I began practicing photography everywhere. In 2012, I bought my first DSLR and spent countless hours exploring Prince George, refining my craft and preparing for the incredible journey of documenting weddings and finding perfect locations for every couple’s special day.

"If you’re looking for a wedding photographer look no further. My husband and I hired Gurinder for our June 2024 wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Gurinder has a knack for capturing those beautiful candid moments and he embraces the colours of life. His style and our summer solstice theme was a match made in heaven. His wedding services included an engagement session and we loved the photos which we used for our invitations. I also opted to do a bridal boudoir session with G prior to the wedding and the shots still take my breath (and my now husband’s) away. He has a kind gentle energy and made me feel so comfortable. It was also a great way to practice posing and learning what angles worked best. Because, c’mon, unless you’re a professional model, taking photos can feel awk AF. On our big day G made us feel instantly at ease and he took our chaotic family and wedding party in stride like a pro. The photos from our day will be family heirlooms we treasure forever. Thank you G 🙏🏼❤️"

He was so friendly, thoughtful, kind, and very good at what he does. As someone who has had little to no experience being photographed, he made the whole process comfortable, easy and super fun. He was very adaptable to my schedule and had no problem handling the crazy wedding day madness. He was the only one we had photographing for the day and he somehow managed to be everywhere for all the important moments. The wait time to get the photos back was also amazing.
